Regular blood monitoring helps us make sure you’re safe, supported, and feeling well throughout your care. Blood tests are taken either in person at one of our trusted partner labs or at your home by a qualified mobile phlebotomist. Your results are always reviewed by a qualified clinician, never an AI bot.
Our clinical team specialises in gender-affirming care, offering compassionate, evidence-based support. You can speak with a doctor, nurse, or specialist whenever you need medical advice or reassurance.
Work with an experienced, LGBTQ+ inclusive counsellor during your intake session(s). They’ll support your transition goals and emotional wellbeing, as well as the needs of partners and family members if they need support, too. You can also book additional sessions with the counsellors at reduced rates throughout your membership.
Our inclusive, trans-friendly team is here to support you throughout your journey. Many of us have lived experience and understand the realities of gender-affirming care. You’ll always speak to a real person who can help with prescriptions, admin, or general questions.

Not unless you want us to. As a private provider, we won’t contact your GP unless you give us permission. However, if you’d like us to communicate with your GP, and keep them informed of all relevant updates relating to your care with us, we’re happy to do so.
When a payment is missed, we will send you an email notifying you of this. The email will include a link to update your payment method.
