Standard membership

£200 membership fee and then £150 per month

    Membership involves an initial one-off application fee of £200 and a monthly membership subscription of £150.

    After 12 months you will be eligible to our Established History membership at £100pm and after 24 months £50pm.

    Membership fees cover all listed services and support.

24+ Months established history membership

£200 membership fee and then £50 per month

Ideal for: Patients aged 18+ transferring care from NHS or private providers with a documented medical pathway over the last two years.

A support package for those with an established history of gender care.

    Membership involves an initial one-off application fee of £200 and a monthly membership subscription of £50. Medication and blood test costs are not included.

    We will need a full health check blood test, including hormone levels, to start working on your care package. If you cannot obtain this via your GP or another lab, we can facilitate this at our partner lab. The type of test required will depend upon your circumstances, so please ask, and we can give you pricing.

    To get started, we will need confirmation of your medical pathway over the last 24 months. You can upload this during the medical intake questionnaire stage.

12+ months established history membership

£200 membership fee and then £100 per month

A support package for those with a history of gender care.

£200 membership fee and then £150 per month

    Membership involves an initial one-off application fee of £200 and a monthly membership subscription of £150 for 12 months and then £100pm until age 18.

    For patients under 18, the subscription will drop to £100 per month at 13 months and to £50 per month after 24 months if the patient is over 18 by this point.

    If the patient is still under 18 at the 24-month stage, it will remain at £100 per month until their 18th birthday, dropping to £50 per month after that.

    Membership fees cover all listed services and support.
