Ideal For: Patients aged 18+ transferring care from NHS, private providers or with a documented self-medicating history over 12+ months. A support package with personal medical oversight for those with a history of gender care.

🕛 12 month contract
✅The Transfer 12 Membership subscription will drop to £50 per month after 12 months
Membership involves an initial one-off application fee of £200 plus a monthly membership subscription of £100 per month for the first 12 months of contract, dropping to £50 per month after 12 months for the duration of the membership.
Membership fees include all services listed above for the duration of the membership.
Note: For the Transfer 12 Membership, we will need a full health check blood test, including hormone levels, to start working on your care package. If you cannot obtain this via your GP or another lab, we can facilitate this at our partner lab. The type of test required will depend upon your circumstances, so please ask, and we can give you pricing.
To get started, we will need confirmation of your medical pathway over the previous 12 months. You can upload this during the medical intake questionnaire stage.
