At Anne Health, we’re committed to supporting the trans+ community, both for our patients and the wider public. Whether you are an existing patient or someone seeking guidance, our helpline services are here for you.

We offer two convenient ways to get in touch: phone or webchat, so you can connect with us in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

What is the difference between the #AskAnne Helpline and Patient Admin Chat?

#AskAnne Helpline is available to the wider trans+ community, including those who are not registered with Anne Health. It provides peer support, guidance, and signposting to other resources and organisations. Our trained volunteers - many with lived experience - are here to listen and help with any questions or gender transition challenges unrelated to healthcare

Patient Admin Chat is for registered patients of Anne Health who need assistance with their care. Whether it’s rescheduling an appointment, checking on blood test results, or general support, our team is ready to assist.

#AskAnne Helpline FAQs

  • The Helpline is open to everyone, not just trans+ people. Friends, family members, and partners who are supporting someone within the trans+ community are welcome to reach out.

  • You'll speak with one of our trained volunteers, all of whom have lived experience as trans+ individuals or as close allies. They are passionate about offering support and guidance to the trans+ community.

  • No! You can reach us via phone or web-chat – whichever method feels best for you.

  • We’re open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and weekends. If we’re not available, you can email us at hello@anne.health.

  • Interested in becoming a volunteer? Email us at hello@anne.health for more information.

  • Our volunteers complete safeguarding and GDPR training, as well as comprehensive in-house training. They also have access to a supervisor during their shifts for additional support.

Patient Admin Chat FAQs

  • Only registered patients and healthcare professionals associated with Anne Health can use Patient Admin Chat. It's ideal for rescheduling sessions, checking blood tests, or managing other administrative tasks.

  • You’ll speak with a member of our admin team. Depending on your query, they might direct you to another department, such as the clinical or accounts teams.

  • No! You can reach us via phone or web-chat – whichever method feels best for you.

  • We’re open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If we’re unavailable, please email us at hello@anne.health.
