Everyone’s journey is different, but we’re here to make the process clearer, safer, and more accessible.

Anne Health works on a simple subscription model, supporting ongoing access to care, monitoring and support.

Appointments take place remotely, so you can organise your healthcare from home and get support wherever you are.

Evidence-based

Hormone therapy

Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) can help you align your physical traits with your gender identity.

Independent prescribers will take the time to explain your options, from the different types of hormones and how they’re taken to what you can expect along the way. These include:

  • feminising medications (estradiol, progesterone, anti-androgens)
  • masculinising medications (testosterone)

Advice and guidance

Puberty blockers

We adopt a harm-reduction approach in response to the government and NHS England’s restrictions on puberty blockers for trans+ young people. As part of this approach, we:

  • help young people and families understand their options around puberty-suppressing hormones
  • explain safe, legal routes to accessing puberty blockers
  • coordinate ongoing support for young people considering gender-affirming medication

Quality, clinical care

Blood tests

We refer patients to accredited labs for IV blood tests. Every test result is then reviewed by an independent qualified clinician, followed by an online appointment or email check-in.

Regular blood monitoring is an important part of gender-affirming hormone therapy. That’s why our standard membership includes blood tests.

  • plan the next steps in your transition
  • navigate conversations with family or partners

Counselling services are available to both members and non-members. Support is also available to family members, partners, or anyone seeking a compassionate, LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
