When you join Anne Health, a blood test is key to getting started and an essential part of your ongoing care.

You can choose the option that works best for you: through your GP, one of our independent partner clinics, or an at-home blood test service.

Blood tests with your GP

If you’d like your GP to arrange your test, we’ll email you with clear instructions to share with your GP. You’ll attend your blood test as usual, then simply forward your results to us once you receive them.

Please note that not all GPs are willing to give blood tests to people receiving private care, so we recommend checking with your GP before booking an in-person appointment.

For more information, read our resource on requesting blood tests from your GP.

Blood tests at one of our partner clinics

If you prefer to visit one of our partner clinics, we’ll make the referral and send you an email with instructions for booking your test. You’ll attend your appointment, and your results will be sent directly to us from the lab.

The cost of having your blood test with one of our partner clinics is included in your monthly membership fee.

Blood tests with the at-home service

If you choose to use the at-home service through one of our partner clinics, you’ll receive an email with instructions for booking an appointment. A mobile phlebotomist will visit you at home to draw your blood, and the sample will be posted to the lab. The results will then be sent directly to us.

Please note that if there’s a clinic near you offering appointments, choosing the mobile phlebotomy service instead may come with an additional charge.

Your blood test results

Once we receive your results, we’ll share them with you by email. At your medical appointment, your clinician will discuss them with you in more detail and recommend any changes needed to your treatment plan.
