Yes. Your funded membership can continue for as long as you need care with Anne Health, provided you remain eligible for subsidised support.
We review eligibility once a year and will ask you to provide updated proof of benefits and income to ensure you remain eligible for subsidised support.
If your financial circumstances change and you are no longer eligible for subsidised support, we will support you to transition off funded membership.
