What financial evidence do I need to apply for free funding?

You’ll need to upload proof of receipt of a qualifying means-tested benefit (e.g. a Universal Credit award notice), dated within the last 3 months.

Parents/carers applying for young people under 18 must also provide a child benefit statement dated within the last year.

Please note that bank statements, credit card bills, and utility bills cannot be accepted as evidence of financial need.
