Experienced therapists who understand
Our counselling team is made up of highly qualified professionals with years of experience supporting trans+ individuals and their families and loved-ones. They specialise in gender-affirming care and are here to tailor your therapy to your unique needs.
We’re committed to creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. Whether you’ve just started exploring your gender identity, are managing gender dysphoria, are working through other areas of life, or have a loved-one in your life who is transitioning, our team is here to help.
Therapeutic services
Intake support
All new members must undergo our intake process with a member of the therapeutic team as part of any medical membership. During these sessions, you’ll meet a friendly, expert, gender-affirming member of the therapeutic team who will guide you through the process, gently collecting information about your expectations and desired outcomes of transitioning, along with answering any questions and helping with any immediate concerns. This is also where we confirm capacity to consent to any future healthcare plan.
Counselling
Everyone can access counselling. You just pay less if you are a member. All counselling sessions are an additional add-on service available to members and non-members for a fee.
For members: After intake, counselling sessions are available at a reduced rate of £60 for 50 minutes or £40 for 30 minutes. Once you have joined as a member you can book your counselling sessions using the button below.
For non-members: Counselling sessions are priced at £75 for 50 minutes or £50 for 30 minutes. Non-members need to register using the below button before booking a counselling session.

Supporting you with gender dysphoria
Gender dysphoria isn’t a mental illness, but living a life that doesn’t feel authentic can deeply impact your mental health. You might feel isolated, stressed, or fearful of judgment, and those feelings can lead to anxiety or depression without support.
Talking with a professional who truly understands gender dysphoria can be life-changing. Our therapists create a non-judgmental, stigma-free space where you can express yourself openly. Whether you need help exploring your feelings, managing dysphoria, or planning your next steps, we’re here to listen and support you.
Gender-affirming counselling for every part of your life
Navigating your gender journey is about more than gender identity or dysphoria—it’s about your whole self. That’s why our therapy sessions are a safe space to talk about any area of life you want to explore.
You might want to talk about:
Depression
Anxiety
Sexuality
Relationships with family or partners
Stress
Self-esteem
Internalised transphobia
Anger or shame
Impact of work or educational settings
Whatever you’re facing, we’re here to provide a supportive, inclusive space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges.
Flexible, accessible care—wherever you are
We know life is busy, and getting support should be simple. That’s why we offer online counselling sessions, so you can connect with your therapist from the comfort of your own home. With flexible options and a personalised approach, we make it easy to access the care you need, no matter where you’re located.
We also have the option for in-person counselling sessions dependent on location.
