Who is Anne?
Anne was set up in 2024 by Lizzie Jordan and Susie Green. They did so in response to the lack of adequate healthcare options for trans+ people in the UK.
Lizzie’s auntie Anne was there for her, listening and lending her support when she was at her lowest point and everything felt hopeless.
Feeling lost whilst navigating options for access to care is common and is a recurring theme we have heard time and again from trans+ people of all ages and the families who support them.
We all need an Anne in our corner. We will be the Anne in yours.
