We just wanted to let you know that our support line and webchat will be closed all day on Friday 6th February for staff training.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to better support you.

While our phone lines will be unavailable, we’ll still be receiving emails during this time. Responses may take a little longer than usual, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have any urgent questions about your care or membership, please get in touch beforehand so we can help you.

Our support line will reopen and normal service will resume on Monday 9th February at 9am.
