Why are you raising money to pay for your own services? That doesn’t feel very charitable.

As a not-for-profit all of the funds raised will go directly into funding healthcare for those who cannot afford it. When we began to plan our vision for Anne, our number one priority was to provide quality healthcare to trans people of all ages. We created the kind of service we would have wanted our loved ones to be able to access, whilst the NHS failed them.

⁠Now that our paid-for service is established we wanted to explore ways in which we can provide care to those who cannot afford it and the crowdfunder is one of these routes.
