How do you decide who receives funding?

We understand that almost everyone who applies will be doing so in good faith, but it’s essential to prioritise those most in need. To ensure fairness, applications will go through a screening process that includes providing proof of income and benefits.

A panel of trans and trans-adjacent team members from Anne will carefully review applications. After this, applicants will have an appointment with a member of our therapeutic team to confirm their capacity to consent.

For privacy and confidentiality reasons, we won’t share the personal details of successful applicants. However, recipients will have the option to provide a short statement confirming their success, helping us demonstrate that all funds are used as intended.
